Comments: He is very "to-the-point." Seems to be very knowledgeable. Works under Mercy medical Group. A member of CHW Medical Foundation. Dr. Poirier is a Board Certified Diplomate of American Academy of Gastroenterology. He treated me with Interferon injections. Unfortunately, the injections had severe side-effects such as Hyperthyroidism and then Hypothyroidism, and lastly, Graves Disease. I am currently waiting to get a referral from Dr. Poirier to a San Francisco specialist to further my treatment. Dr. Poirier treatment my scar tissues and the inflamation of the liver.
