Comments: I have known Dr. Tice for several years and know him to work hard with those who might otherwise be considered "difficult to treat" and he has helped many improve their health and awareness of Hep B & C issues... Dr. Alan D. Tice's Access Care Today (ACT) in located in five sites in Honolulu and he is interested in starting telemedicine to rural and neighbor islands in the future. The philosophy is to try to bring the infectious disease treatment treatment to the poeple. His infectious disease team currently speicalizes in the treatment of HBV, HCV, HIV and staph infection. They also provide free to the homeless and low cost to others screening for hepatitis B or C through the Hepatitis Support Network of Hawaii. Low cost hepatitis B vaccine is also now available by appt.
