Lane 3: 75 µg of proteins from supernatant obtained after the centrifugation of liver homogenate from control rats at 100,000g for 6 hours. Lane 4: 75 µg of proteins from supernatant obtained after the centrifugation of liver homogenate from control rats at 100,000g for 1 hour. A molecular-weight marker (33 kd) is indicated on the right side. (B) Peptidase activities were determined using fluorogenic peptides as described in Materials and Methods, in the same supernatants used in Western blotting, lanes 3-4.
